Safety and Silence

Not bordering any non-Kingdom territory, The Cerulean Circle is viewed as a haven for 'faithless' Senushans living under the Crown. Whereas cities and villages such as New Senusha and Springhaven are open to trade and collaboration, residents of The Cerulean Circle rarely see passerby outside of the occasional visit from nobility from The Crown Jewel or neighboing settlements like the Sterling Lake clan for trade.
