The Burning Borderlands is a hot desert found on the Tiatian Continent. It fittingly acts as a border between the mainland and the world's south pole.

Plants in the desert have very large leaves that they unfurl at night to gather more rain. Most plants themselves are smaller. Similarly, Summer Nikkon that frequent the area have evolved larger ears and less dense fur to aid in cooling them off.

The Tiatian Desert received its nickname of The Burning Borderlands due to the survey corps who first went there being from two countries that sought to have their borders straightened out, and one of them describing the feeling of accidentally stepping on it with their bare feet.
