Military action

A team of highly trained rebels infiltrate a government building.

The rebellion, Vigilant Foxes, learns of a great weapon being built bellow a government building. They are able to get into the building on a holiday when minimal people are working, and make their way to the basement. They find a massive power source, strong enough to power a continent for years, or big enough to be a bomb that would cover the entire city and then some. Working to shut it down, the device nearly explodes. If it wasn't for a rebel android FEX nearly giving his life to absorb and redistribute the power in the device, it would have gone up and taken the city with it.
