Kekesia (Keck-ee-zhe)

Kekesia is a collection of smaller states all ruled by a religious leader, known as a Primarch. They are the highest-ranking leader among the states, personally appointing Divisos for each state after being initially instated. There is a grace period that allows Divisos to rule a state for at least 5 years before being replaced by a different one by another Primarch, even if multiple Primarchs hold office before the five years are up.

Primarch

The Primarch is the primary leader of the Kekesian states and is thought to be a vessel chosen by their god. They oversee much of the actions of the states. They are responsible for deescalating tensions between one state and another, as well as the management of state estate. The Primarch may divide states or consolidate them as he sees fit, much to the chagrin of the subjected state

Diviso

A Diviso is the position right below Primarch and acts as a top-level advisor to the Primarch. Divisos are personally appointed by the Primarch every five years, which causes a Diviso often to follow the will of the Primarch as much as they can.

Culture

Multiple cultures inhabit the states, but they are all drawn together by their devotion to the gods and their power.
