Floufleur Transit
A gargantuan plant that uproots itself and migrates when its surrounding conditions do not meet its needs. It does this through the use of its flower, which rapidly spins to create an upward lift. Angling the flower allows the plant to steer or be steered in a desired direction while maintaining upward momentum or allowing it to hover. The flower head allows a group of people to travel long distances with a lot of cargo through the air. The floufleur has become a popular mobile home for this reason, as long as the plant remains healthy. The plant is protected by the fey, which makes it difficult to procure, but wealthy nobles and fey-aligned druids may possess such a magnificent mode of transportation.
Power Generation
Photosynthesis. Four hours of photosynthetic rest is required for each day of travel.
Propulsion
Flower Petals
Communication Tools & Systems
Naturally, the flower opens during the day and closes at night. Stimulation of the flower through heat can cause it to open as well. It will take flight in windy conditions or if it begins to cool. It can be left in the ground for days at a time in cool and windy conditions so long as it is warm and has enough water and nutrients in the soil or rocky ground.
Alternatively, through the use of nature magic commonly used by druids and rangers, this plant may be directly communicated with. It will express its needs willingly and may even be convinced to endure, at the most, two days without proper treatment. The use of such magic could also allow the user to deliver basic commands to the plant, which, if it is satisfied with its relationship with its owner, will perform them to the best of its ability.
Sensors
Its roots are heat sensitive, allowing it to detect for ideal temperatures and search for water.
