Tonfas are weapons that are mainly used by monks and other solitary people. For this reason, their existence is not very well known, and they are not often reproduced as a result.

Unique Ability

While dual wielding two tonfa's you can add a +1 to your AC against melee attacks. This bonus stacks with the AC bonus from the dual wielder feat.
