The foul blood of the Monster seeps into the very SOUL of a being before they are even born.
Causes
The CRUCIBLE obeys The Law of Regression, and if all things came from the CRUCIBLE, and will eventually return to it one day, some may be born manifesting aspects of it. The cause of this foul blood is simply a by-product of Regression and Causality, a cosmic mishap where a being is born too close to the CRUCIBLE and manifests its gifts.

Treatment
Accursed Monster Blood cannot be treated, and such offspring are typically killed upon birth so as not to burden with a life of hardship and turmoil. A sort of mercy, when viewed from a certain point of view.
