When caught within TKC, victims cannot use Magic and any of its applications including Inherited Magical Techniques, most technology is rendered obsolete and useless. They will be forced to bear the total weight of the Caster's power, which can physically impair them if it is significantly greater. However, the actual application of TKC is to call into question every single action the victim has ever done, and if it has been considered a slight against the Caster and their kin, the victim will suffer an attack of the Caster's power multiplied by their sins.

Applied Restriction
- TCK can only be used on a certain person once
- TCK, at the bare minimum, needs 1 millisecond to cast
- This is not a difficult Throne World to break into, and not impossible to break out of (victims are only physically paralyzed if the Caster is many scales of magnitude more powerful)
- Breaking into this Throne World is considered a transgression on the Caster, thus automatically inflicting the full force of the attack onto them as soon as they enter
