The Realm Risauyama, ruled by Hayuba Ruldu Sarkari and his vast lineage, served as the safe haven for Prince Ja'Heem Ben Zabbid LXXIV after his uncle Duke Khal'Hassar usurped the Heightened Throne from him. Ja'Heem would petition Ruldu for aid, promising Nobel House status in return if they were successful. Ruldu, eager to obtain a favor from the Ruling House, called in all his connections to the Black Market and amassed a force to launch a guerrilla campaign. Khal'Hassar's power grab was not met well by the other Houses, who only moved in defense of the Prince after the Sarkari forces were involved. Prince Ja'Heem re-took his birthright and married Dakini Sarkari as his Queen-Consort. Thus, House Minor-Sarkari was founded with ties to the Ruling House and the envy of the Nobel Court.
When the previous High Emperor and Empress passed, Duke Khal'Hassar assumed the Heightened Throne in trust for his young nephew, Crowned Prince Ja'Heem Ben Zabbid LXXIV, until he came of age. However, Duke Khal'Hassar was cheated out of the Throne once by his older sister, he refused to lose it to his kid nephew. The good Duke sent the Prince on a tour of their vast Realm Kingdoms and hired some hundred Widow-Makers to see to his end. The attempt on the Prince failed but word spread fast, especially to the Nobel Court, composed of the Major Houses. Some took no action while others feigned support to the Duke only to plot for the throne themselves, seeking to seize power in House Zabbid's downfall. Save for House Abbadier who attempted to raid the High Keep to kill Duke Khal'Hassar. However, the House was crushed by the Imperial Navy before they made landfall, betrayed by House Al-Hashim, and the Abbadier line was thought to be wiped out. This prompted the allies of House Abbadier to wage war with House Al-Hashim as sides were taken. Prince Ja'Heem was alive and made his way to the Realm Risauyama, a great superpower with no royalties. It was ruled by Hayuba Ruldu Sarkari who Ja'Heem petitioned for aid to re-take his empire. The Sarkari had ruled this Realm and its holdings for some time and were quite well off for it, but Hayuba Ruldu had greater ambitions and agreed to aid the Prince. Ruldu invoked the many favors from Kings and Barons and Mages Knights his lineage had accumulated and amassed a force to fight Khal'Hassar. When the Noebl Court learned the Prince lived, many moved into place to support them while others were reassured of their faith. Prince Ja'Heem killed his uncle and sat the throne in spite of his age, demanding his loyal Lords kneel and severely punishing the rebel Houses. King Ja'Heem took Dakini Sarkari, a daughter of Ruldu, as his Queen-Consort and raised the Sarkari to Nobel House status. While the Sarkari lineage was already a successful clan, as a royal House they enjoyed greater benefits (tax breaks, Household Knights, rights to expand), were hailed as heroes by the Empire for aiding the Prince, and were envied by the other Houses. House Sarkari, a new House, had direct ties to the ruling House via Ja'Heem's marriage to Dakini.
