The Shadow Marches

Very little is known of what has come to be called The Shadow Marches from the perspective of the humans of Khorvaire. Even the monstrous races of Droaam and the Feyfolk are kept out by the protective people who’ve been named the Gith. They marshall the borders to their swampish homelands with a ferocity that has convinced many that they must be hiding some great secret within. Enough adventurers have tried and either died or come back having discovered nothing other than some of the many dangers that most have given up trying.
