Professor of Acrigulture Teagan Berret Divyn

Teagan Divyn is the present professor of Agriculture in High Hills University. He was the youngest person ever to be nominated a professor. Even though he was quite accomplished in his field of study, it was not his accomplishments in studies that got him to the position of professor, but his devilishly handsome looks and uncanny charm, as he is infamous of charming (or sleeping) his way to the top. He will of course deny any allegations of such a thing, claiming that he has gotten to the position only by his own merits. A statement that is sort of true as he did got the position by his own merits, but not by the academic merits he claim.

The gossips are not compatible in, whether Professor Divyn himself did purposefully used his "assets" to get the position he wanted or was he just victim of abuse of power, whom made the best out of the situation, or was the situation something of both. One thing is sure though, his reputation has influenced severely to his academic credibility. He has great difficulty to get accreditation to his work from community, no matter how good it is, as he is not accepted as serious academic. So, he has hard time getting his ideas through by pure academic merits, so to get anything done he often needs to resort to his charm. This only amplifies his reputation and makes even more difficult to get his work accreditation by its merits, leading him in nasty treadmill he cannot escape.

It is actually shame that professor Divyn's work is not acknowledged by academic circles, as he is actually very hard working individual and passionate about his work and making world a better place with it. He has started to gather small group of followers from young scholars admiring his work and dedication, but they are often scorned over and bundled with those who follow him only, because of his looks and charm.
