Captain Cutter

Smokes a pipe, taciturn and up to no good. He fits Sel-kai like a hand fits around a black-jack. A pirate and slaver, he was defeated by Cran when the companions boarded The Wind Sprinter and rescued the crew of The Brine. Captain Cutter found fighting with just one arm rather awkward after Cran performed some indelicate surgery with his axe.
