Sparrowfrog caviar

The eggs of Sparrowfrogs are prized as a delicacy across much of Shadowfire, and aprticularly amongst the elite of the The Gleaming City.
The eggs are collected in the canopy of the Verdant Gorge during the spawning seasons, and little is needed to prepare it for consumption other than a quick rinse in clean water.
The natural taste is a rich, sweet tang followed by a deep oily afrtertaste. It is often drizzled with the juice of fire berries to cut through the richness.
During feasts, the caviar is served in large bowls with simple long-handled spoons.
