Used to be known on the streets as Millions, this Latin Kings OG has not only risen to the top of his own gang, but he's consolidated all of the sets in West Englewood under him. The East Englewood gang now calls itself Dos Kings, a nod of respect to LaDonnal Jackson, the man that's now Mendoza's number two. Word is that even though Jackson's a mage of some note, when he and Mendoza tangled, Mendoza came out on top - and it wasn't even close.
