Nico

Nico is a human latino absorbed from the First Nations. He has a chip on his shoulder, being frustrated about not advancing in the Nations. He was working under a corner boss, Arturo, who had a grudge against him, and that guy is now a Halloweener. Eddie saw Nico’s value, and rectified the oversight. Unknown to Eddie, Nico runs a pirate radio station on the side.
