Two Feathers

Two Feathers is a ghoul, and the leader of the Harvesters gang - which is mostly ghouls - in the Noose. Already an old man steeped in voodoo traditions when magic returned in the Year of Chaos, Two Feathers claims to have been one of the first shamen whose power awakened. He says that he was at the Great Ghost Dance. He says a lot of things. In 2021, he goblinized into a ghoul. After the creation of the Shattergraves at the hands of the Alamos 20K, he emerged in the Noose in 2039, already leading a band of ghouls, and carved out a small empire for himself in the ruined city. A doomsday prophet, he sees the end of things in 2055.
