If our Barkeep can claim to know exactly what the man on the street is thinking, proverbially speaking, then Redhat can claim to be the man on the street. Redhat is a fixer of the more proactive kind, actively making friends in the myriad high and low parts of Raleigh's community himself and getting himself comfy wherever he finds himself. His web of contacts and favors is not the more conventional mercenary kind where the relationship begins and ends with the transaction of money or jobs, but one where genuine camaraderie (or the closest you can get to such as circumstances allow) is an element of the relationship. Redhat would show up to where he's needed, whether it's an upscale party at one of the most exclusive hotels or in the most wretched hives of scum and villainy in Raleigh, and he would hear "There's our pal Redhat!" "It's good to see you again Redhat!" "What do you need Redhat, old friend?"
Good ol' Redhat.
How I absolutely loathe the chirpy bastard to his core.
But my personal feelings on the man must be restrained, as the man has proven himself to be an influencial enough man to be one of Raleigh's centers of procurement. Whether it's getting some desperate SINless to make a distraction or purchasing a crate full of high-explosive munitions for a belt-fed machinegun, Redhat has charmed his way into the hearts of enough people to make it happen and is, unfortunately, an asset that can't be ignored as a result.

Mr. Anthony Sobrino is a native Raleighite to his core, born and raised in the so-called City of Oaks and never left the city for longer than a few months. His father, Charlie Sobrino, was a bouncer whose place of work moved with the tides of Raleigh's underground while his mother was an honest (relatively speaking) wageslave for one of Saeder-Krupp's subsidiaries. Rather than be one of Raleigh's many latchkey kids, young Anthony would go from school to whatever questionable place his dad was working security for at the time, sat down at a barstool and given a glass of whatever chemically hazardous soft-drink they had on tap while his dad shoved beligerents out the front door and dragged the occasional body out the back.
Despite what you might rightfully expect, the child wasn't a particularly unwelcome sight sitting where he was and soon endeared himself to the less reputable patrons and proprietors, an endearment that would turn into the beginings of a working-relationship as they were given the blessing from Charlie himself to send his son out on various errands and deliveries in exchange for various scrips and currencies as 'extra pocket money'. Even in his developing years, Anthony projected a sense of likability that enabled him to get his packages past any obstacles, be they legitimate authority or illicit workers in the vein of his father.
There's no exact date as to when Anthony stopped being the errand-boy to his superiors and started handing errands out to subordinates, the change happened so gradually. His reputation as a man of rarely equalled charm however was solidified in 2053, when he was able to infiltrate the construction-site of the Downtown Elevated Plaza and walk out with a package of illicit goods that had been stashed in the area, with nothing but social engineering and a red construction-hat he had bought second-hand over the matrix, something he would subsequently wear back at his favourite bar for weeks and give him his eventual alias of Redhat.

Redhat's education is understandably limited for a man of his upbringing, ending at high-school graduation.

Officially, Redhat is currently unemployed and living off an unspecific 'injury settlement'.

RedHat makes his illicit income as a fixer with a broad range of social and negotiation skills, taking a self-described 'all-butter' approach in endearing himself to his targets before initiating social-engineering. His dependance on such skills however, becomes far more apparent when violence breaks out and his inexperience in any matters combat-related becomes apparent.
