As I continued to write this data-cache up I did not find myself eagerly anticipating this particular article. Hypocritical as it might be, I seldom enjoy finding out that someone's personal information has been so cleverly concealed that even data-gatherers such as myself cannot hope to procure it all in a sourcely time. But, obligations are obligations... Tahoma is the on-again-off-again 'Face' of the Cabinet's ground forces, an Elf Adept with an unerring talent in playing confidence-man and deceiving anyone and everyone of the intentions of him and anyone he wishes (whether they want it or not). He makes absolutely no attempt at hiding his true desires of capital and power, nor does he make much effort in obfuscating the means by which he is willing to achieve those ends, means which might unsettle even the more stoic of shadowrunners. He is availible for freelance work, but if you hire him then I can only hope you know what you're doing.What, so we're fine with shooting someone in the face but not lying to said face?
Hate to say it but I'm with Null on this one. A good face with few scruples will trash your rep and ruin your life so bad you'll prefer getting gunned down in an alleyway.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
In terms of physical condition, Tahoma appears to be typical of an elf male in his late fourties. His physical health is average, albeit with signs typical of substance-abuse, and while he currently has no cybernetic or biotic implantats (as doing so would inhibit his abilities as an Adept), procured medical-records from our in-house physician shows signs of numerous and moderate cosmetic-procedures.

Personal history
There's so frighteningly little of Tahoma's personal history I can be certain of. What I know for sure is that he is in fact descended from indigenous Americans and not just the subject of extensive genetic-rewrites, but that "Tahoma" is also a pseudonum. Drat.
Recovered fragments of data shows a man fitting Tahoma's profile having worked for a number of years in the Horizon megacorporation as an intra-company spokesperson, convincing employees to buy more horizon products and drink the company kool-aid, so to speak. Said pieces of information also strongly imply a violent and ignonymous ending to such a career, which might go far in explaining the difficulty of sourcing Tahoma's history: Horizon have repeatedly shown a frightening capability in annihilating a person's existence from large numbers of records and making them an 'un-person' among their former social circles, as it were.
Moving on, further recovered information and enhanced-interrogations of reputed former-associates shows several years working in and out of various criminal syndicates, often as a middle-man or prototypical fixer, before settling down in Raleigh and making contact with our Barkeep. Evidentally, there appears to be at least some known history between the two, as not only was Tahoma offered a position as a shadowrunner, he was explicitely vouched for as a worthy face by as-of-yet anonymous references.
There must be more to this man.

Tahoma's sexual orientation is one of opportunism, having shown willingness to seduce and become intimate with partners of any sex, but otherwise being vocally disgusted at the thought of physical or romantic intimacy when 'off the clock'.

While Tahoma's past remains clouded, anecdotes and recovered information shows someone matching Tahoma's profile presiding at several high-profile negotiations between criminal syndicates, succesfully negotiating deals that are undoubtably quite one-sided.
Failures & Embarrassments
If we accept the possibility of Tahoma having been a former member of one of Horizon's public-relations branches, then we can only speculate as to what he might have done that not only cost him his career, but potentially his entire life up to that point.

Morality & Philosophy
It is this data-gatherer's opinion that Tahoma's words, actions and vocalised intents would mark him as a classic psychopath. Despite his affable characteristics, Tahoma has shown a vastly impaired ability to understand morality beyond an egotistical worship of self, and shows absolutely no remorse in countless acts of manipulation that have benefitted himself at horrible cost to others.
In spite of this, Tahoma shows a great deal of loyalty towards what he considers his 'in-group', and appears genuinely perplexed at the possibility of betraying The Cabinet for his own gain.

Tahoma is, above everything else, a social chameleon. He has shown a great degree of competance in matters of disguise, social manipulation and outright deception to achieve objectives, augmented by abilities afforded to him as a magical Adept. His specialisation into nonconfrontational methods of infiltration however have resulted in an atrophied ability to fight openly, emphasized by a tendancy to 'freeze up' and hesitate at the begining of a physical confrontation.
Likes & Dislikes
Discerning what tastes of Tahoma's are legitimate and what tastes are simply a ruse is difficult, but he has shown a consistent interest in antique art and spirits.

Tahoma puts on airs of affluence and wealth, but recovered paper-trails of his purchases and payments shows a surprisingly spartan existence. Does he have debts? Must learn more...
