Anathema

"Anathema" is a severe and formal curse or condemnation placed upon a vampire by the Camarilla. This declaration marks the individual as a grave enemy and threat to the sect. Being declared an Anathema often results in the vampire's name being added to the "Red List," a notorious record of the most wanted and dangerous vampires who have committed serious crimes against the Camarilla or its principles. These crimes may include things like betraying the sect, revealing vampire secrets to humans, or committing unforgivable acts of violence against fellow vampires.

Once a vampire is declared an Anathema, they are hunted by the Red Alastors, elite enforcers of the Camarilla's laws. The Red Alastors are given broad authority to track down and eliminate those on the Red List. It is a clear demonstration of the Camarilla's strict adherence to its laws and traditions, and the serious consequences faced by those who defy them.
