PREREQUISITE: INFLUENCE (INTELLIGENCE)
The office of the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) coordinates activities within the intelligence community. Characters with this Pulling String may divert or cancel minor projects with no roll, and major projects with a Standard Admin/Legal Check. The Referee may impose a step penalty or ease this check depending upon how the character explains this to his peers and superiors.
