PREREQUISITE: INFLUENCE (INTELLIGENCE)
Members of the Office of The Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) have access to intelligence projects being run by all members of the U.S. intelligence community. To request dossiers on any current, past, or planned Confidential project requires a Routine Admin/Legal check. Higher security classifications (Secret and Top Secret) impose Two and Three step penalties respectively. This Pulling String also allows the character to control the budget and resources allocated to that project with a similar Task.
