Small Watercraft

Attribute: Constitution
This skill allows the character to skillfully use small watercraft. These include muscle-powered vessels such as canoes, kayaks, rafts, and rowboats, small sailboats, and motorboats.

This skill does not allow operation of submersibles of any size. All dry/preaurized submersibles are handled by the Large Watercraft skill, and all wet submersible vehicles are handled by Swimming.
