Emperor Caelus Aurius Lucanus

Emperor Caelus Aurius Lucanus is the second ruler of the nation of Preora. He inherited the rule from his father, the late Emperor Viritus Decus Stellaris who founded Preora 300 years ago. Emperor Caelus is a young man still, by Dwarven standards, and intent on continuing his father's legacy to bring back the glory of the Catho Empire of which he considers himself the rightful heir and descendant.
