Alexandria "Alex" Hajjar
Lawful Good - Guard - 23 - Human - Female
A stout woman often mistaken for a tall dwarf with her stocky build and shorter stature, though she staunchly will refute any claims she is not human. Whilst happy and friendly with merchants and citizens of all levels of society she has a generally negative disposition towards adventurers. This is due to her believing that they are a major cause of the corruption influx into the city poking around musty tombs and fighting corrupted monstrosities unnecessarily.
Alex grew up in a large family, her father a stonemason working for wealthy merchants and her mother stayed at home looking after her many children. Unlike the rest of her sisters Alex has never been very ladylike, always brawling with her brothers in the sand and dirt, many of them were conscripted into the Legio Occulus and haven't been heard from since. Not one to be out done Alex would have followed them if not for her mother persuading her to join the guard instead. Growing up Alex ended up spending a lot of time at the small temple to Mhim near their house her mother being a fervarent practitioner so has deep seated beliefs about the superiority of Mhim. She does not openly wear any of the trappings of Mhim's followers but will be aggressive in questioning the validity of other gods if pushed.
With the recent crackdown she has become even more zealous in her work becoming suspicious at the slightest avoidance in questioning especially in regards to corruption and demonic influences. Sometimes she has taken to following some individuals even after her shift has ended. This has resulted in her fiance, a human armorer called Donal Noye, becoming increasingly concerned about her being too in love with the church than him.
