The kingpin of the Al-Jaran underworld is a morbidly obese man in his late 30s. He rarely ever leaves the third floor of the Bazaar but instead have people come to him. He mostly deals with drugs and slave trading and has made quite a few enemies over the years, and because of this he is constantly surrounded by a multi-tiered security. The city guard is well aware of what he is doing but he pays them off regularly to pretend like nothing is wrong. In their eyes he is a thug but it’s hard to deny that his business is one of the reason Al-Jaran is prosperous.
