Seth
Seth is the capital of Acroshia and has been ever since the Empire was founded about 800 years ago. It has grown to become a very large city housing almost 200.000 inhabitants and it's encircled by 3 layers of walls with growing altitude towards the middle where Mhims' Palace is situated.
Mhim, the ruler of Acroshia being a man who almost 100 years ago freed the people from slavery and put down the final of the five kings is praised as a God more so than a man (imagine the Persian King from the movie 300). There's a large golden statue in the middle of Seth displaying how Mhim stabbed the last living king while he was still sitting on the throne.
Geographically Seth is closed along the southern coast with lots of farms north of it. About 4 days of travel south of Al-Jaran. Ever since the dark ages, the vast majority of the population fled to Seth, far away from the Deadlands and it is estimated that about 80% of Acroshias total population lives in or around Seth.
Being a gargantuan city Seth is separated into nine different districts. Two of which are within the Inner Wall, Four behind the second wall and the remaining three inside of the third wall.
Within the same walls as the Palace District the Noble District also exists. This district contain mostly noble families appointed by the senate or Mhim himself. Honored citizens appointed nobility by prolonged service in the name of Mhim may live here.
The Merchant's district is a relatively small district filled to the brim with the best resturants, taverns and everything in regard to shopping. Due to the limited and highly contested location though most of the storage unit are placed in the docks under heavy surveillance. Sun's Plaza make for a central location in the district where the statue of Mhim exist, displayed as a 20 feet (ca. 6 m) high statue, seemingly made of solid gold, showcasing how Mhim (whom by then look like a teen farmer) killed the last king while sitting on his throne with a short sword. A stab so fierce that it existed not only the king but the back of the throne as well. The statue is guarded day and night by members of Ordo Malleus.
Guild's District is like the merchant district as small district full of taverns and stores but rather than having a corperative spirit, the spirit here leans more on a communal one. The Traders Guild, Adventurers Guild, Fighters Guild, Mages Guild (In collaboration with Ordo Arcanis), Blacksmiths Guild, Historians Guilds & Hunters Guild are all housed here. A large colusseum structure also exist in this district where brave men and women fight for honor, wealth and glory on a weekly basis, attracting visitors from far and wide.
Acroshian District is a larger district for the common middleclass. The district is filled more so with craftsmen of different kind than merchants but still hosts a vast number of minor stores, usually at the bottom floor of a multi-stories building. Fletcher, shoemaker, weavers etc can all be found here. Due to slave ownership being a bit "dirty" in the eyes of nobility, many of the auctions has been moved to the Acroshian district where anonymous actors regularly sell and buy slaves on the open squares.
Dock District Seth has a enormous harbor and hence need a large district for shipyards and forestry from the Western woods. The harbor regularly hosts a multitude of ships, many of them idle since the end of the dark ages however but same brave enough to perform charting for cartographers or brave quests for the adventurers' guild. Shipowners are required to pay a fee in relation to the size of the ship in advance once per month. This also goes for the vast number of minor fishing boats which daily provide food for the population of Seth. Along the Harbor road, a large numbers of taverns exists in a addition to storage units and shipyards. Some may even encounter cellar-brothels but they tend to be harder to find here than in the Lower Docks.
All districts within the first two walls are regularly patrolled by City Guard, however outside the 2nd wall, the only district that's regularly patrolled is the Farmlands.
The Rats Nest Is a very tightly packed district with small narrow streets where famine, corruption, sickness and crime is high. Numerous immigrants with roots going generations back to the dark ages has been packed here living in poverty doing whatever they can to do survive. Many people here are hired to work in the farm district or perform construction in other district for extremely low pay and long work days to later go back home. Crime here however is not deemed to be as organized as in the Lower Docks due to lack of wealth the district possess. Sometimes thugs do choose to perform operation inside the district and then retreat back however, to ensure the no blood is spilled on their turf, since that may attract the attention of the authorities. The Rats Nest has however attracted the attention of Ordo Ignum, as the vast number of buildings and quick flow of information enables heretics to quickly form cults that could pose a larger threat to the state if left alone. The Ordo sometimes perform routine checks throughout the district and it's not uncommon to hear painful screams echo down the corridor-like streets as cleansing flames are conjured. The Rats Nest is said to be the largest district in terms of mere population due to the massive number of immigrants that Seth received as the fallen cities in the north fell.
The Farmlands is the largest district geographically and looks like a tightly packed countryside, filled to the brim with fields and pastures. Most of which existed during the era of the Five Kings but many of which has been added lately to account for the population increase since the great migration. The establishment of the Farmlands & the Rats Nest as well as the news that the northern cities had fallen was the reason behind the establishment of the third wall. "If Seth falls, there's no more Acroshia", the Senate reasoned and provided people in the Rats Nest works on establishing the farm and building the wall. Most people working the Farmlands dont live their though, only the site managers and trusted personal does. The farms themselves are often owned by nobility or rich merchants that make profit from selling the food and they may occasionally visit the sites to ensure everything is in order. This is however quite uncommon, as a lot of trust in the City Guard establishing order in the Farmlands by regularly patrolling multiple times per day. It is estimated around 400 city guards sole duties consist of simply patrolling the area. It may sound a lot, but the Farmlands are extremely important to Seth in order to be able to provide food for the size of the population. The harbor surely provide a fair share to, but not enough for the massive population count of around 200.000 inhabitants.

Inner Wall
The most prominent of all districts is the Palace District itself, housing the Grand Citadel of Mhim, the holiest and greatest building in all of Acrostia. The building itself stretches over 300ft (ca. 91 m) over sea level and has been going through a progress where holy texts and prayers are continuously inscribed into the outer walls of the building by priests and clerics of Ordo Ignum. No other building is allowed within 120ft (ca. 37 m) of the palace but outside that perimeter multiple other buildings exist. House of the Senate, The Grand Library, Temple of Mhim as well as headquarters for both Protego Sanctus, Ordo Ignum & Ordo Malleus all exist within this district.Within the same walls as the Palace District the Noble District also exists. This district contain mostly noble families appointed by the senate or Mhim himself. Honored citizens appointed nobility by prolonged service in the name of Mhim may live here.
Second Wall
Outside the first wall while still in safety of the second one exist the Defense District, this district houses the military forces and garrison of Seth. Most lower ranked Ordo Malleus members will also be found here on site. The garrison host lodging for up to 2000 city guard as well as large underground facilities for storage of weapons and food in case of a potential siege. A number of blacksmith work the district day and night to provide weapons for the campaigns of Legio Oculus and the hundreds of canons that cover the walls of the noble district are also made here. The Merchant's district is a relatively small district filled to the brim with the best resturants, taverns and everything in regard to shopping. Lower Docks, or also known as Dark Depths has almost no guard control, the guards that show up here tend to be corrupt and are clearly bribed by one or multiple organisations that exists here. Two of the most renown factions being the Thieves Guild and the fearsome "Sons of Kharn". Smuggling, prostitution, assassinations, robbery and burglary are all common here and most that work here legitimately simple do so due to lack of other options. Thugs patrol the streets and there's a generally hostile tension as multiple gangs fight eachother trying to claim territories for themselves. The Senate has chosen to simply ignore this district and leave them to their own business, as long as their business is contained outside of the second wall and doesn't influence anything within. This however is not always the case though and Ordo Malleus has on multiple occasions been called in to catch culprits. The Rats Nest Is a very tightly packed district with small narrow streets where famine, corruption, sickness and crime is high.
