The Acrosian Expansion

Under the banner of the Five Kings the Empire of Acroshia kept expanding and started to absorbing more and more tribes and built additional cities. The first expansion stretches North along the Red River all the way to the Black River where the Three Great Cities of Kalava, Az-Zuriya and Dogardi where formed. Half a decenium later Al-Jaran was formed as a mean to conduct trade through the Red River rather than land travel. The expansion kept going Eastwards aswell and with the formation of Fathi, Acroshia was an actual force to be reckoned with. The Eastward Expansion led to a collision with the tribes of the Centaur, but they were easily pushed back. The Acroshian Expansion still laid a base for hostile relations with the Centaur that remains in present day.
During an expedition in the mountains the grand gates of Rul-Anuk but no real relationships where established.
Stretching east of Fathi towards the forests, Acroshia faced harsh resistance as a wood elf had established settlements there and refused to bow to the Five Kings. This lead to a prolonged war with lots of losses on both sides as the forest burned and woods where cut down to fuel the pyres of war. Longstanding military camps where places on the borders of the forest and thousands of elves where captured and taken into slavery. Descendents of these elves are still common within Acroshia. The hostility from the elves over time developed quite significant racism in the city of Fathi that still remain today.
After a few years the wars had reached a stalemate with heavy losses on both end and Acroshia pulled back their troups, realizing that forests werent worth it. The border had been pushed and trees had started to regrow scarcely in the Eastern part of the forest, making easy access to lumber. The majority of Acroshian lumber is still retrieved from the borderlands to the Deep Wood but few dare to trespass into the Deep Wood. Still in present day greedy Elf-Hunters enter the Deep Wood with the aim to capture and bring back alive elves that are then available for selling.
The Great Acroshian Expansion ended with the Arrival of Mishra that brought the beginning of the Acroshian Dark Ages as demonic entities where spotted north of the Black River in what came to be known as the Deadlands.
