Twin Laboratory

Is a secluded dungeon a few hundred feet up into the mountains, on the other side of the Red River, south of Al-Jaran. The Laboratory was inhabited by the two insane twins Abel & Babel who frequently drugged and captured prisoners who they then experimented on in vile ways. According to recent news however, some slaves successfully managed to kill the Twins and escape. But maybe there's more than meets the eye in regards to this laboratory?
