Shardheart

In this world of Gods and magic, there are Shards; known as the Tears of the Gods, they are able to greatly amplify the magical power of those that wield them.   Recently, there was an accident where one of these Shards shattered and the fragments buried themselves in the skin of a nearby mage, the largest piece resting just over her heart. She became known as Shardheart.   This is the world that mage lives in and her story.
