Mikkid

Mikkid is a shard in name only. It resembles more like a collection of scaffolds, workshops, elevators, and other unrecognizable buildings. The actual shard is almost impossible to find without spending several hours navigating the almost endless alleys, lifts, and platforms that makeup the primarily gnomish city.

A haven of tinkering, invention, and an endless supply of osha violations, Mikkid is considered the gnomish homeland even for those gnomes that are not from Mikkid and have never even visited. It also a place where free thinking and experimentation are not only tolerated but encouraged.
