Salted Arts & Crafts Festival

The Salted Arts & Crafts Festival is a yearly celebration of entertainment and crafts in the town of White Mines. Since it is sponsored by the various mining families there is a definite 'salt' theme to the different events. The Salted Arts & Crafts Festival is generally split between performance arts such as music, short plays, a circus, and even feats of athletic endeavors (wrestling, archery, etc) and more physical arts such as painting, sculpture, etc. There is also a wide variety of food and drink for fair goers to enjoy. While White Mine is unusually wealthy given their control of the salt trade, the festival is still relatively confined to locals because of their distance from a major Aether River. Though this is starting to shift as the mining families use their wealth to encourage more and more performers and artists to the festival.
