The Friendship Journal
An exact replica of an old well used journal this book was magically duplicated into a legible version that was then mass produced and shipped across the empire. The goal of the authors was to share their experiences and life lessons with the world. What happened instead was a small war over the canon of the book and heated debate on if the events actually happened. Though no actual war was fought the damage was done and society divided itself until the authors themselves made a statement accosting the public for their childishness and shallow perceptions.
Though the initial reception was counter productive things have since calmed and the book is widely treasured by those wishing to know more about the heroes of Equestria and to kids looking to make friends. In the end the book had a fraction of the intended impact and is now more of a collectors item and coming of age novel than the society changing piece of literature it was intended to be.
