Carsielle

Carsielle is a town in the Celestine Empire. It once was the home of Saint Vermillion, who performed a miracle, ending a long drought. The water from this new spring is considered to be permanantly sanctified by the church, and is the only place where the consumption of beer and ale is completely tolerated, so long as it is made with water from the spring.
