Gabriel Roi

Gabriel Roi is a noble from Edeau.  He is husband to the cousin of Eloise Augustine III and the owner of the Icevine Vineyard in Edeau.  He has served as advisor to Princess Eloise as well as being a prominent member of the Church of Celestine, serving as a deacon at the Cathedral of Saint Massamillian.  In his role as advisor he handles matters of finance and justice within the city.  He owns a mansion in the Haute Court.

While he is often criticized for not doing enough to stem the influence of L'Epine Mortelle by some of the merchant class, he has become well liked by the common folk for reduce criminal violence and bringing wealth to the city.
