Oldbuck

Oldbuck is a small town in the Celestine Empire administered by Velicia.  It was the site of the Oldbuck Killings, which has lead to many in the town believe it to be haunted.  Long before the incident took place Oldbuck was prone to tremors, but as time went on, they became associated with the angry souls put to the sword there.
