Southwind

A small farming town in Hoss Province in Renvere.  Life is Southwind is often considered ideal by locals, as it is a slower pace.  The aquifers that make the Amber Stretch so fertile produce many small ponds and pools in this region, and it has become a common practice to take long breaks during the day for the farmhands to soothe their aching muscles.  This however comes at the cost of greatly reduced productivity, leading to a higher tax demand from the Count.  The environment does attract some of the wealthier, higher status families from Hoss City, and vacation estates are common in the area, although often only occupied during the summer months.
