Tamlin Hand

Tamlin Hand is a former pirate and gambler who was arrested in Ren's Crossing having tried to skip out on some debts. A native of Han Harbor, as a child Tamlin stowed away on a ship bound for the Cutwater Isles, and had to fend for himself. He joined a small pirate crew and sailed with them for about ten years before escaping to Hoss City with a wealth of stolen goods.  Having left piracy behind, he arrived in Ren's Crossing with a small fortune, but lost it all at the cardhouse and was arrested. He eventually came to Bastion by way of Cyril the Sinner. He is a young man in his mid twenties, with streaks of gray in his otherwise black hair, which he keeps in a braid. He bears several scars from his time at sea.
