The Kingdom of Heaven

This text of the dusty is incredibly faded much of it so worn from time it's illegible. It is written in the anceint Elysian script. This recounting of the founding of Elysium was written by an unknown author.  The initial copy was found in the ruins near Lochwood, and more were recovered in Mosstown, New Torovia.     ... t the lady Celestine formed her own kingdom from six stars. The land she made was as great and beautiful as she, from the tranquil fields on the plains, to the great falls that rose up to the Court of the Faithful, all the way to the top of the Celestial Zenith where it was believed that Celestine made her home.  Here she was could look across all of Elysium, and even down to the Mortal Realm, and see the glory of all she had created.  She could see all of her children, both those she formed from the stardust, and those whom she would eventually accept into her heart on the Mortal Realm...     ...from the turmoil that was the shifting and shattering of reality to create Elysium burst forth the archangels, beings just as apart of this new Realm as the rivers or mountains within. Celestine also called forth the faithful from the Mortal Realm, and ferried those souls who worshipped her over the years and forged new bodies to house their souls.  For they were those would walked the Mortal Realm, and held the virtues of protection, light, love, peace, and life most sacred, without knowing there would be a reward.     Benedictus was the first of the archangels, created when Elysium was formed, to know the love and the light of Celestine. He was her first disciple, and he was her favored. Celestine created the angels in his image and it was not long before Benedictus went to his siblings. He met with him and he showed them the love of Celestine, bringing them to her court where they asked for her blessings. She annointed them to form her Heavenly Chorus; Veritas of Truth, Excoria of Faith, Judica of Justice, Paragon of Order, and Rexos of Mercy. They were tasked to aid her in spreading her ideals and safeguard her realm and people from those who would use it for evil, or the void that would consume it.  They were in truth the first of the faithful of Celestine, as they were the first beings to follow her that she did not forge.  It was the Heavenly Chorus who first brought the faith of Celestine to the Mortal Realm, showing those humans what rewards could be wrought for a moral life lived.  And with this, the faith began to flow, and Celestine became even more great.  Many believe that it was this new power that caused the other gods to seek out their own followers, not to be eclipsed by Celestine's newfound...     And the goddess of life used that newfound power to make Elysium even more of a paradise.  She granted her creations, the angels, more power as well, so that they may follow in the example of the Heavenly Chorus, and she gifted more of it to her faithful Chorus as well.  It was Rexos of Mercy who saw the wisdom in pushing the boundries of Elysium further, as they were strong enough to stand against that which would devour all, and he forged a new home in the clouds, even higher than the Celestial Zenith, and there he invited many of those from her court, Ferrium, Bellis, Vigilis, Luxis, Voxcelis, Venandi, Paxos and more. Although there was initial hesitation many jo...
