The Skulkers

The skulkers are a archepelago of barren islands off the coast of Renvere in the Rising Sun Sea.  They have been known to be a place where outlaws and pirates take shelter.  The waters around them are shallow and rife with sharp rocks, making it a dangerous area to anyone to sail without experience.
