Uban

A city state in the Celestine Empire known for its vast bazaars, fire wine, and an exotic zoo.  It has been the subject of multiple crusades from the Celestine Empire, both before joining it and after.  It has in the past, and largely rumored to continue to be a bastion of demonic insurgency.  Many in the Empire believe it to be the base of operations of the demonic terrorist group, the Blades of Ash.
