Volgarad

Volgarad is a town in the Celestine Empire.  It is a coastal mining town that produces a great deal of tin and silver.  It is a quite, remote place that few travel to by foot.  Most of their goods are transported by sea to Argenthrane or Kitame.  Harpies are a constant problem to the people of Volgarad, and have such have developed the Volgarad arrowhead, designed specifically for firing bolts and arrows at flying targets.
