Ginza
Ginza is a district of Chūō, Tokyo, located south of Yaesu and Kyōbashi, west of Tsukiji, east of Yūrakuchō and Uchisaiwaichō, and north of Shinbashi. It was a popular upscale shopping area of Tokyo, with numerous internationally renowned department stores, boutiques, restaurants and coffeehouses located in its vicinity. It was considered to be one of the most expensive, elegant, and luxurious streets in the world.
Demographics
Due to the varied races and species of demons - Ginza is one of the most ethnocentric places in Tokyo - allowing entry and living to everyone as long as they are friendly and comply to their rules.
Government
See Republic of Hee Ho.
Defences
The area has no exterior wall so entry can be achieved easily without hesitantion - much like the rest of Tokyo. However - several Sniper Point cover the area so that any small skirmishes can quickly be quenched.
Industry & Trade
The importing of goods is most important to The Jack's as the trading of goods is what allows them to fuel their republic - without it - Ginza would be overwhelmed in debt.
Infrastructure
Entering the main part of Ginza is a massive fountain that still runs - it freezes over on certain days of the week and is boiling hot on others. The surrounding area is in good condition due to the ongoing repairs to the region that the Jack's are making to attract more people to the region.
Assets
Ginza would be considered a Market Capital due to the variety of things brought in from the large amount of different cultures that live inside it. There is a Doctors Office run by a Jack Frost and a Pyro Jack called "Heal-Ho!" and a traveling Ghoul Merchant selling a variety of items - unsure if they are stolen from dead bodies or not.
The Bank of Ginza is also quite well of - several demons tend to get jobs here to make a good living.
