Shibuya
Shibuya (渋谷 Shibuya-ku) was a special ward in Tokyo, Japan. Once major commercial and finance center, it housed the two busiest railway stations in the world, Shinjuku Station (southern half) and Shibuya Station.
The name "Shibuya" is also used to refer to the shopping district which surrounds Shibuya Station. This area was known as one of the fashion centers of Japan, and as a major nightlife area.
Demographics
Majority human, some of the demons from Ginza are allowed entry but due to the past - most aren't allowed entry.
Government
The Government seems to be comprised of the Bars/Cafe's of Shibuya - where the peoples votes come in and voice their opinions on the matter before settling on the right vote for the people.
Defences
The area is well defended with patrols of Survivors every now and then so that it is 'safe' to roam the streets - apparently - aerospace vehicles are in development as well as land vehicles.
Industry & Trade
Weapons, COMPS and Medical Supplies are the trade of Shibuya - as well as being well known for it's alcohol.
Assets
The largest City in the Tokyo region - it is home to many stores - equipment and valubles. There is a open market area where people can come to trade - it is also known for its enterprise in technology.
