Celine Pirtchit
Born and raised in Thaliost, Celine has survived battles and sieges over the holy city. Needless to say, life hasn't always been easy.
Widowed a few years before the end of the war and now considered "Thranian", Celine has been keeping her head above water by running the "Deciding Arrow Inn". Known for a her flavourful meals and killer cocktails, Celine drew in some regular customers. Theodorus d'Vadalis (Uncle Teddy) being amongst them. But money was always a worry.
Griff
During his short visit to Thaliost, Griff d'Vadalis and Celine hooked up, after being introduced by Uncle Teddy. For the next few days, Griff helped around the tavern and the two enjoyed each other's company before going their separate ways as friends. Cissa and the Circle
While the party were in the Thaliost Prismatic Carvern, Celine watched over Cissa (who was in pain from her father's death and also dealing other traumas). Celine allowed Cissa to stay in her home next to the inn and ensured Cissa was as comfortable as possible. After she recovered, Cissa made sure citizens of Thaliost knew that she was in the area, playing at the inn. She also cleaned up the front of the inn with some Prestidigitation. The Circle was also asked to alert other bards of the inn as a new "hot spot" to ensure a consistent flow of money for Celine when Cissa left.
