Naka, the God of Death, unleashes his curse upon the world. As a result, beings had thier lifespans drastically reduced. Even previously immortal beings now had lives measured in centuries instead. Already aging creatures died instantly, millions lost on a global scale. The other gods, outraged by this violation of their laws, banished the god from ever returning to the material realms.

Era beginning/endThe Black Diamond War raged for fifty years of conflict and terror. It started with the Orcstorm War, which uncovered the truth behind their real intentions. An ancient, evil primordial god was awaken and regaining power. It had enhanced the orcs so that it could find the prison where it's full divine power had been stripped and stored eons ago. The prison was a black diamond, hidden somewhere on Kaerel. The war that ensued to try and stop Kazek Mu'naar ripped the very fabric of magic, spilling enormous power into the world. Entire geographical regions were altered or destroyed. Creatures were enhanced, killed, or cursed. Orcs and dragons scorched the earth, killing millions. Great heroes and divine beings emerged during these cataclysmic times, finally defeating the evil at great cost.

Construction beginning/endSome of the remaining orcs from the Black Diamond War found the city of Kazaak. They began an industry of war production, creating and selling weapons, armor, and siege engines. Many are wary of the orcs, given the bad history. Those that have ventured into business with them have had no complaints about their craftsmanship. Their manners, however, is another story...
