The Corax

The House of Crovus has an organization that gathers intellience from neighboring kingdoms and countries for preparation of any enemy attacks. This guild has been named Corax and its members have been known to never fail a mission or ever be caught. These member's identities have never been revealed to on one, not even their own guildmates know of one another. To this day, it is rumored that the only way to reveal a Corax's identity is through their ravens. unfortuanetly, these birds are just as well trained as their Corax partners they train and live together once they are old enough and proceed to dedicate their life to their craft. Although Crows do show some level of intelligence alongside human face recognition and gift giving behavior. Ravens prove to surpass this by mimicing human speech and exhibiting prankster behavior that shows an even higher form of intellect. By studying these birds behavioral patterns the Corax has learned to utilize these skills on reconassence missions. By showing their partner a picture of their target the Raven is able to seek them out in a designated area. once they are found the bird is then assigned to follow them and memorize any important conversations the target had. once all the data has been collected the corax imitate a raven call to signal the raven to come back. However, if the raven calls out first theat dicates that the mission was compromised. And this can mean one of two things, the raven is in danger or the target has fled. Note that both ravens and corax are masters in stealth, thus the act of them following someone is called shadowing. Unfortuantely, if either the raven or corax membe ris caught with no means of escape or rescue, they have been insructed to kill themselves in order to protect the organization. Some members have the ability of foresight. The members also are ranked by the ravens's hue color.
