Jim "Biff" Stack

Biff is a key NPC in the Sinister Sydney setting and the current Baron of Western Sydney. He is an 11th generation Brujah with a total age of 148 years.

Appearance

Biff is a large and muscly vampire with slicked back hair and a bushy beard surrounding a face that switches swiftly from sanguine to scowl. He usually dresses in a Panthers jersey when he can, or a sort of jumberjack chique ensemble in more formal settings, still standing out. Ususally he has a very joyous and blokish extraversion, clapping people on the back, chuckling at bad jokes and laughing obnoxiously, however, this can switch to a rage quickly, yelling at anyone in the blast radius and quick to punch on. 

Role

He recently became the (Anarch ) Baron of Western Sydney thanks largely to the general apathy towards the Camarilla, his recent success with the Panthers and his general ferocity. Biff takes a fairly hands off approach to ruling this part of the city, doing only the bare minimum and doesn't actively maintain relations with neighbouring realms. Some kindred exploit this, allowing them to operate relatively unchecked, but also relatively safe from hostile groups such as the Sabbat who seem afraid of Biff and the nearby Garou who are repelled by the industrialised and polluted realm.

Relationships

Like most kindred, he doesn't actively speak about his sire or childer, although he is very open about two of his ghouls; Matt Cameron who is the CEO of the Panthers and runs the organisation for him as well as Nathan Cleary who he treats like an adopted son.
