Mente is a 12th generation Malkavian who is a potential sire. He has a dementation that makes him act or talk from the perspective of the person he is speaking/writing to, leading to confusing conversations. Having said this, his Malkavian insight can lead to very useful clues if they can be deciphered by accounting for who is speaking.
