Sister Madly

Sister Madly is an 11th generation Malkavian who resides in the abandoned Katoomba Mental Hospital alone.

Appearance

She looks old and decrepit, with badly cracked skin, thin grey hair and no eyes. Sister Madly will go about her daily activity of looking after the (non-physically present) patients of the Katoomba Mental Hospital, and only considers outsiders if they 'play along' with the scenario, pretending to be patients or similar. She speaks with a slow and raspy voice that sounds almost unhuman.

Role

Sister Madly holds no formal title or affiliation, seemingly having removed herself entirely from the Jyhad if she's even aware of its existence (or anything beyond the Hospitals grounds). She is however a healer of sorts par excellence, especially of the vampiric and other supernatural conditions. 

Relationships

She sired the former manager of the hospital about a century ago, who still lives in the area, although it is uncertain what contact they retain. No other known childer of hers are known, neither is her sire.
