Qarii'Muuna
Origins
Qarii'Muuna in Yasoi translated to "Soggy Garden" being named for the swampy marshes in the Southeastern parts of yasoi region of Mycormi. The great Yasoi tower trees were well equipped to thrive in the waterlogged environment with deep, robust roots to hold firm in the muddy terrain. These trees became anchors for both fauna and flora to use to escape the bog floor. Early yasoi settlers described the area as having a "primordial beauty" to it with rich layers of wild growths that clung to the massive trunks of the tower trees. As Yasoi had no issues remaining in the trees, they had no qualms with the lack of ground foundation and built their settlements up in the tower trees. There was a certain attraction to this area of Mycormi by any yasoi greengrowths. Many of those believed that this area had a spiritual connection to the land and that their ability to influence the growth of fauna and flora came from that connection. As a result, a significant population of yasoi greengrowths in all of Sipenta come from this region while also likely maintaining the highest concentration of greengrowths as well! Local legend also says that the gift of greengrowth was given to their human neighbors by way of a forbidden love affair between a yasoi greengrowth and a Perrance human. Although many outside of the region dispute this claim.
